Abstract
The service sector plays a vital role in national development, with healthcare standing as one of its most critical components. In Myanmar, healthcare service quality faces challenges such as shortages of skilled professionals, infrastructure limitations, and increasing patient demand, prompting many to seek treatment abroad. Chan Myae Nay Chi Specialist Clinic, later expanded into a hospital, represents a significant development in Hmawbi’s private healthcare landscape. This study aims to investigate the impact of healthcare service quality on patient satisfaction, focusing on dimensions of tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy through the SERVQUAL model. By employing quantitative research methods, the study seeks to highlight key factors influencing patient satisfaction and provide insights into improving healthcare delivery, enhancing patient loyalty, and ensuring long-term organizational success.
