Abstract

The evaluation of the connection between employee commitment and human resource management (HRM) practices is the main objective of this essay. It uses a descriptive research design. In the production and sales at Popular Plastic International Group Co., Ltd., a questionnaire survey is undertaken. In spite of standard HRM procedures, this study discovered an intriguing fact: in situations like this, levels of commitment among workers tend to be good or even superior. All facets of human resource management
(HRM) practices, including compensation and benefits, training and development, job descriptions, employee participation, and performance appraisals, clearly demonstrate a positive relationship with all facets of employee commitment, which includes affective commitment, continuance commitment, and normative commitment.
