Abstract

The study aims to identify training and development aspects of Coca-Cola Myanmar and analyze their effects on supervisor performance. Primary and secondary data were used. Primary data were collected from 68 supervisors through simple random sampling using structured questionnaires with a Five Point Likert scale. Secondary data came from journals, textbooks, online sources, and Coca-Cola Myanmar records. Descriptive statistics, correlation, and multiple regression analyses were applied. Cronbach’s Alpha for variables (training content, presentation style, schedule, facilities, and environment) exceeded 0.7, indicating reliability. Respondents agreed on all training dimensions. Correlation results show strong positive links between these dimensions and supervisor performance. Regression analysis revealed training environment has a significant positive impact on supervisor performance at Coca-Cola Myanmar.
