Abstract

The Module 3 Capstone Project builds on research and assignments from Modules 1 and 2. The author’s personal experiences add valuable context, supported by a strong intellectual and empirical foundation. Life experiences in a developing country, moving to the West, industry exposure, training, teaching, and managing an educational business all contributed to a deeper understanding and motivation for this project [Appendix 2]. Combining past work with current research enhanced the research process. This project goes beyond theory, creating innovative decision-making and problem-solving methods at ITC London. It advances non-standard research through extensive analysis. The investigation is inspired by the idea that innovation drives optimal results in education and business planning.

In the researcher’s earlier work, Gold Minds (Obeng, 2009), Western education methods showed uneven results globally. This Capstone Project aims to build new educational systems focused on creativity and leadership tailored to various regions and cultures.
