Abstract

The Afro-Euro Migration Dignity (MiDi) concept represents a comprehensive Capstone Project. It is developed as part of the partial fulfillment requirements for obtaining a PhD in Management through the portfolio track. This innovative concept encapsulates a variety of ideas and strategies aimed at encouraging and facilitating regular migration along the Afro-Euro corridor. The entire proposal is thoughtfully divided into four distinct sections for clarity and thoroughness. Section A addresses preliminary issues such as organizational introduction, background information, rationale for the project, and relevant institutional considerations. Section B focuses on the analysis of the pre-project concept, exploring foundational ideas and theoretical underpinnings. Section C provides a detailed and in-depth description of the project itself, outlining objectives, methodologies, and expected outcomes. Finally, Section D compiles all references and sources that support the research and development of the project.
