Abstract
This Capstone Project builds on prior research and assignments from Modules 1 and 2, enriched by the author’s diverse personal and professional experiences. Drawing on a background spanning developing and Western contexts, education, publishing, and business management, the project integrates empirical foundations with innovative methodologies for decision-making and problem-solving at ITC London. Advancing beyond traditional approaches, it emphasizes creativity, organizational leadership, and non-standard research methods. Inspired by the author’s earlier work, Gold Minds (Obeng, 2009), the project seeks to address educational inequalities across regions by developing adaptable systems suited to diverse cultural and geographic contexts.
