Abstract
This proposal details the transformation of Church World Service’s (CWS) Global Engagement team into the Office of Strategic Growth and Global Impact (OSGGI), a cross-functional entity designed to position CWS as the premier partner in humanitarian aid and development. The OSGGI will leverage disruptive technologies, data-driven insights, and innovative partnerships to shift from a transactional engagement model to a strategic, globally-focused approach. Central to this strategy is the Global Strategic Positioning Index (GSPI), a proprietary KPI that guides decision-making and ensures competitive advantage. By 2026–2027, OSGGI aims to enhance CWS’ global recognition, maximize impact across key regions, and foster a culture of continuous innovation, enabling sustainable, locally-led solutions to critical humanitarian challenges.
