Abstract

In a rapidly evolving global business ecosystem, characterized by digital
transformation, geopolitical volatility, and shifting market paradigms,
traditional Leadership models often fail to produce the agility and
innovation required for sustained competitive advantage.
This dissertation, and invariably, capstone project, focusng on ceos
across the globe, proposes a Transformative Leadership Framework
that integrates doctoral- level Expertise with strategic disruption
methodologies.
Drawing from interdisciplinary scholarship in leadership theory,
strategic management , and systems thinking; the framework aims to
equip leaders with the intellectual depth, analytical capacity, and
adaptive strategies necessary to influence complex environments.
Through a combination of theoretical synthesis, empirical case study
analysis, and critical reflection, this research contributes to both
academic discoursemand practical application in the fields of global
business leadership and organizational transformation.
