Abstract

World Research Organization, LLC (WRO), founded in 2014, is a health education consulting firm addressing inequities in marginalized and insular communities. Initially focused on food insecurity and poverty, WRO’s mission evolved in response to recurring measles outbreaks that revealed systemic health illiteracy, vaccine hesitancy, and deep mistrust of institutions. In 2025, WRO launched a three-year strategic plan prioritizing culturally tailored vaccine education and innovative peer navigator networks that leverage local trust and lived experience. By centering community voices and adopting agile, equity-driven strategies, WRO positions itself as a resilient partner in strengthening public health capacity amid rising misinformation, reduced vaccine funding, and political uncertainty.
