Abstract:
This study examines the effect of digital payment integration on financial efficiency at Earthlike Ltd. in Myanmar. The study focuses on four dimensions: perceived ease and convenience, perceived security and trust, payment options and availability, and fee transparency. A quantitative research approach was used, and 150 valid survey responses were collected from Myanmar national users of Earthlike Ltd.’s mobile applications for the purpose of analyzing how digital payment integration influences financial efficiency. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using descriptive statistics, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis. The findings show that digital payment integration is generally perceived positively by respondents. Reliability results indicate strong internal consistency among all variables, while correlation results show positive and significant relationships between all four dimensions and financial efficiency. The regression results reveal that fee transparency and payment options and availability have significant positive effects on financial efficiency. Perceived ease and convenience show a weaker positive influence, while perceived security and trust do not show a significant direct effect. The study highlights the importance of clear fee information, suitable payment options, and smooth payment processes in improving financial efficiency at Earthlike Ltd.
