Abstract:
This capstone explores the frontier of public financial governance, where revenue integrity, risk management, and artificial intelligence converge. In today’s public sector, especially in small, revenue-limited areas, traditional revenue assurance methods no longer fit the complexity and governance demands of modern systems. Revenue integrity should no longer be seen as just accounting or compliance but as an ongoing governance role integrated into institutional systems and decisions.
