Abstract
Mergers and acquisitions drive growth and market expansion. Yet, despite clear frameworks and playbooks, many organizations struggle to consistently realize acquisition value. This challenge notably affects serial acquirers, where repeated deals should theoretically improve integration performance. In practice, however, experience does not automatically translate into capability.
