Abstract:
This study examines how remote working practices, specifically work flexibility, the balance between work and life, coordination, and the physical environment, influence employee productivity at aSure Company. Using a quantitative approach, survey responses were collected from 150 participants via structured five-point Likert scale questionnaires. Data were evaluated through descriptive, reliability, correlation, and multiple regression analyses. Results show that remote working practices are perceived at a moderate to high level. All four dimensions positively affect productivity, with the balance between work and life emerging as the strongest predictor. The regression model explains a substantial variance in productivity, underscoring the relevance of remote work frameworks. These findings highlight that healthy psychological boundaries, seamless digital teamwork, and ergonomic workspaces are crucial for enhancing performance. The study contributes to distributed workforce literature and offers practical implications for leaders optimizing remote work policies.
